Did anyone find the phone booth scene to be hilarious?

I always thought it was one of the more overlooked scenes in the movie that doesn't get enough attention but the guy being obnoxious & disruptive towards Mental using the phone was hilarious!

I especially loved it when Mental punches the guy out.
