Here's where u can find 3 DVD versions from 3 countries!

Okay, since this is my favorite horror flick of all time and I see there are others who share my enthusiam, I will lay out the different versions and where one can acquire them and for how much.

Here goes...

THE BRITISH VERSION (111 minutes long)
can be acquired from:
http://www.amazon.co.uk
No special features and it is PAL/ Region 2
The film runs for about $17-$20 USD.

THE GERMAN VERSION (117 minutes long)
can be acquired at:
http://www.excalibur.li/store
There are no specifications that address the special features, but the cut is longer than the UK version. The site listed above is GREAT! It is translated and the film is available for about $25 USD (39 Swedish Marcs).

Finally,
THE JAPANESE VERSION (99 minutes long)
can be acquired from:
http://www.amazon.co.jp
ASIN: B00005HO6I
Publisher: Victor Entertainment
Release date: 2000/11/22
Run time: 99 min
Edition:
Region 2 (for Japan)
NTSC
Color
Japanese sub-title
The above details were forwarded to me from Amazon.co.jp and they look extremly close to those of the US edition, which is sad. I had high hopes that the Japanese DVD would mirror the Japanese laserdisc edition.
The print is available for about $45 (4,400 Japanese Yenn)

harshman-2 just wondering - can you confirm that the German Version is longer than the UK version? Do you physically own both copies? Have you compared them?
Thanks in advance for any info.

So is there nothing on any of the dvd's in terms of Special Features? I'd love to see a behind-the-scenes or making-of documentary for this great flick.
