THe guy with the long hair played a better psycho than Ledger

That's for sure.

no sh*t - Dourif is a legend.

'villians' didnt START with ledgers overhyped performance, you know....

Belief in a supernatural source of evil is unnecessary -We alone are capable of every wickedness

It's a fun performance. When I'm in the mood I just skip to his scenes.

Brad Dourif is one of my favorite Actors ., , in everything Ive seen him in he puts heart, body and soul ..

The movie itself I enjoyed as well .

The scene where he holds the barrel of the gun to his forehead was a little too similar to that scene in The Dark Knight 13 years later.

I think Ledger was good, but I totally agree with you. When I was watching Death Machine, my girlfriend saw some of Brad's performance and said "You'd almost think Ledger saw this performance and got his ideas from there".

On the VHS intro to the X-Files ep. Beyond the Sea, Chris Carter says that that was the only time they were allowed by Fox to pay more than usual for an actor, to hire Brad.

That's Brad Dourif AKA 'Chucky', and yes he does a great job in this as usual.

Just watching this for the first time and I wanted to see if anyone else thinks that Ledger's performance as The Joker was similar to Brad's in this. I have a feeling that Ledger did see this and draw inspiration from it.

I know Kung Fu.
