Who was a better badguy coach

WHo did you hate more Reily, the Coach of the Hawks in MD or Wolf stansen, coach of the Icland Team in MD2?

reply

Coach Reilly. The Iceland coach was just a little too 'mean'.

We should have *beep* shotguns.

reply

Team U.S.A. is goin' down. That's where it goin. See you on the ice BOMBAY!

Here's to swimmin' with bow-legged women.

reply

Stansson has the awesomest hair, so I must say he was better.

reply

Stansson all the way. Meaner and slightly physical, such as when he clobbered Bombay.

reply

Thats tru, he smashed bombays leg in

reply

The coach in D2 looked more like a serial killer.

reply

Stansen, because he actually caused physical harm to Bombay. All Reilly did was call him a loser, and that he forgot how to go for the dubble-ya.

reply

Bog bad Wolf any day. He was so cool that even Bombay eventually went the slicked hair look.

reply

by the way stansson, you owe me a beach ball

stansson was a badass and had a great accent

reply

I'm going with Stansson as well. He was the kind of guy you wanted to like but he just wouldn't let you.

reply

Stansson. He was hotter also.

Wilson: I'm sure it looked easier on Youtube.

Reilly had a bad philosophy about losing. Stanson on the other hand, understands that you cannot always win, and instead of blaming others, you should probably blame yourself. I don't hate either, but I think Reilly didn't deserve to be a coach because he was sore about losing the greatest honor a team could want just once. Stanson was just an overly agressive player and coach, in my opinion.

Reilly. He got them while they were young. Can't get more manipulative than that.

reply

Stanson, the Iceland team played his style. Rielly just had the best players.

reply

Stanson was a better villain and rival coach because he actually shook hands with bombay after the game. Yeah stanson physically hurt bombay but what reilly said to bombay in the first film probably hurt him alot more emotionally and I think it was worse than getting hit in the knee with a stick.

That is exactly what I was thinking. In the first one Gordon has flashbacks with coach reilly said to him about letting everyone down.

reply

Stansson easily. Better coach than Bombay too. His team may have lost the game that mattered but he was prepared. Where was Bombay when Iceland was playing their other games? Sure as hell didn't see him sitting in the stands taking notes like Stansson was. He had his guys ready to play but they just choked. Plus he apparently at least played in the NHL for a little while. That's gotta say something.

reply

Wolf was pretty hot.

Riley for me, when he meets Bombay before the first hawks game, he guilt trips Bombay over his fluffed penalty years ago and by pointing out the 2nd Place flag

reply

reilly was a better villain, way more realistic IMO

stansson was like a cartoon character
