Not nearly as good as the first..

Seriously, not even close. It kind of takes away from the magic of the 1st when they follow with this.

I did like D2 better as a kid but I was still stupid, I liked the bash brothers and just that it was "newer"

I wouldn't even bother with D3 though. I hate when the characters change too much, new coach, etc.

Watching this movie as a grown up was really painful. I can watch the first Mighty Ducks over and over and love every minute of it.

I see people that may group this in with the first as if they're both classics. Not at all. You can easily pass on this one. I rented it and I'm really glad I didn't buy it..so many better movies out there.

D2 was always my favourite one. I haven't watched it in maybe 2 years but I still enjoyed it. Perhaps I should check out the first one again though, I can't remember the last time I watched it, maybe once the play-offs are done. And yes, D3 was the worst and always will be.
