guys were protective of the girls?

Do you find that there were a lot of scenes where the ducks were protective of the girls ??
i remember there are a few scenes throughout the trilogy. In the first one fulton sees that blond girl get knocked down and he automatically dumps the guy over the bench and starts fighting with the hawks. In the second one , dwyane uses his he-haw rope tactic on the team where connie is gonna get wacked...but i think thats because he just like her...i think there were a few others?

MY personal favorite sign of protection was in D2 when Adam Banks sticks up for the ever so fine JuLie da CAt Gaffney...when they was workin' out in the field when she says," C'mon guys, it's not like we couldn't use the conditioning.." then Portman says," Speak for yourself, BABE!"...then Banks goes, "Her name is Julie, NOT BABE!!"...then they fight.lol..

it was really gallant of the guys to do that.

I loved those parts!
Also, in the 3rd one, when the JV and Varsity have their first match, Charlie and the rest of the ducks are face to face with the Varsity and Connie comes up saying "Let me at them!" or something like that and the Captain makes fun of her and eggs her on and Charlie kinda takes her by the shoulder and pushes her back and out of the way and then Fulton gets in the Captain's face. Nothing physical but I saw it as a sign of protection. :)

Oh man, I love that scene from the second one.

"Come on, guys. It's like we couldn't use the conditioning."
"Speak for yourself, babe."
"Her name's Julie, not babe."
"Don't tell me how to talk, RICH BOY!"

On a long enough time line, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

It's good that the guys protected the girls. There were probably the only team with girls and second that's what teams do is protect your teammates, it's essential especially in hockey.

I think the cutest one was in the first movie when Karp offends Charlie in the classroom about Bombay and his mother, Connie steps in for Charlie, I think it was Peter that shoves her, and then Guy shoves him back and says "Don't push her, she's a girl." A bit archaic, but considering their age, and that Guy was just trying to protect his girlfriend, it's pretty cute.

Yes that was cute.

Even Charlie warned Connie that Iceland was gunning for her and right away the guy slams her against the wall.

I like with the one guy lasso the opponent team when Connie or Julie couldn't get the puck.

For me it's kind of weird that it's always someone else doing the protecting of Connie and not Guy. They're supposed to be the boyfriend/girlfriend Ducks, you gotta wonder what Guy is up to that it always has to be Dwayne, Charlie, or one of the Bash Brothers that intervenes when she's about to get wrecked. The only time Guy ever actively defends her is in the first movie when their relationship isn't even that obvious.
