Who was exactly, on set when Brandon Lee's fatal shooting occurred?

Obviously, Michael Massee and the director, Alex Proyas had to have been eye witnesses. After watching Reelz Channel's Autopsy episode on Brandon the other night, I'm assuming that Sofia Shinas (Shelley) also witnessed the shooting from a bed.

The prop guy who gave them the gun was there but the firearm safety dude or whatever was gone. Obviously, there would have to be crew running lighting, sound, the cameras, etc. as well.

The assistant prop master, Daniel Kuttner, from what I've gathered, didn't bother with cleaning the barrel. The main prop master had also been let go to save money. In the end, they only saved $100. Daniel eventually lost his license and was banned from working on film sets. He hasn't worked on anything else since "The Crow".

What really hit me was the Reddit discussion that's linked at the very bottom of the page. It's from 9 years ago (so, it's originally from 2013). And within that time frame, we've had the Rust incident with Alec Baldwin. You would think that after what happened to Brandon Lee on March 31, 1993 (and by extension, Jon-Erik Hexum on the set of the TV show Cover Up back in 1984), Hollywood would no longer have senseless tragedies like accidental shootings on film sets happen.

While they were coming to a decision, a traumatized Sofia Shinas, who played Brandon’s fiancee, Shelly, fled to her L.A. home. ”I was on the soundstage when it happened, and my agent wanted me out,” she says. ”I was an emotional wreck.” The rest of the cast and crew-with the exception of costar Ernie Hudson, who had returned to California days earlier when his brother-in- law died unexpectedly-stayed in Wilmington, dodging journalists and replaying Lee’s death in their minds. Two days later, coproducer Ed Pressman called them together on an empty soundstage at Carolco.
