Why is everyone in this film so slow? + a rant

Seriously, the mob of indians can't catch a woman running in heels and cop 223 can't catch a hand cuffed guy with a bag on his head. And he is supposed to be a cop.

I actually didn't know he was meant to be a cop until I went on the imdb page after the film. I missed the starting dialogue because I was trying to sort out the video thinking something was wrong because of that awful choppy effect.

Anyways, I got recommended this film after watching the Korean film 'Castaway on the moon' because apparently they had similar themes about loners and misfits. Unlike COTM, this film made me feel absolutely nothing emotionally.

I'm sick of watching overrated films only to be thoroughly disappointed.
