Why do they leave Faye?
what's everyone's thoguhts on why the entire Midnight Express staff leave Faye to talk to 663 alone?
is it because they've all read the letter and they dont wanna be around when 663 reads the bad news?

You pretty much answered your own question.

I thought it's because they know that 663 is single now and want him and Faye to have some "alone" time so they can bond... I thought of it as conspirative matchmaking.
Nadine :)
That's how I saw it. but whether they were respecting faye's privacy or just didn't want to be in close proximity to such an awkward conversation is a question of character.
shareI see it that they think the only way to bring Faye and 663 together is to force them into interacting together without interferance.
sharethey left because they didn't want to see his reaction after reading the letter since they all read the letter. had nothing to do with leaving her alone with him to hook up. she was the scapegoat who had to give him the letter.
that was a hysterical scene.
Swing away, Merrill....Merrill, swing away...share
