what's everyone's thoguhts on why the entire Midnight Express staff leave Faye to talk to 663 alone?
is it because they've all read the letter and they dont wanna be around when 663 reads the bad news?

I thought it's because they know that 663 is single now and want him and Faye to have some "alone" time so they can bond... I thought of it as conspirative matchmaking.

That's how I saw it. but whether they were respecting faye's privacy or just didn't want to be in close proximity to such an awkward conversation is a question of character.
