Angels in the Outfield, Little Big League, or Rookie of the Year?

I'm a Little Big League guy but the other two are great. They all came on the heels of the Sandlot, which is fun, but it's really a baseball themed Stand By Me ripoff, so I can't love it unconditionally.

I wanted to break my arm so bad after I watched that the first time.

Angels in the Outfield. It's more serious at times and has heart to the characters and story.

Joseph Gordon Levitt is a pretty solid leading character at like 10 years old. I believe him.

I'd say Rookie of the Year is the best. Angels in the Outfield is quite depressing and not as fun. I also wouldn't put The Sandlot as a baseball themed Stand By Me. Not really at all. The Little Big League kid is kinda annoying.

Rookie Of The Year would be my choice.
