I remember a movie where a kid like comes from a ceiling in a pink wig or something and music is 'hal-a-u-a' and money flies everywhere? I'm confused. Which movie is this?

Hey, was just passing through, but I think I know what movie you are talking about. I used to see it on the Disney channel every now and then, and I think it was called "Angels in the Attic"...I can see how you were confused =D
