Which episode is this?
Hi, does anyone know which episode it is where a ice-cream man is putting drugs into the bottom of the cone, to make the customers keep coming back for more? I think there was also a homeless guy who is a witness to someone getting killed, and the police are trying to contact him, but he has his tent and possesions trashed by some youths. This is the first series i want to buy, so if you could tell me which series its in aswell i would really appreciate it.
