Watching this show from the start again...

Me and the wife just started watching from the beginning again as well. It's been about 10 years. I bought the entire series on DVD from Amazon recently, it was incredibly cheap.

My first thought from Season 1, the entire Kirsten storyline feels extremely rushed. Charlie goes out with her in one episode, and promptly cheats on her in the next one. Then a few episodes later, Charlie is asking Kirsten to get married, and she says Yes (initially).

What I think gets lost when binge watching these shows, rather than watching them when they originally aired, is the time spread. When you watch 2, 3 or 4 episodes in a row, things seem disjointed or 'rushed' because back when the show was on TV, there would be no less than one week between episodes, sometimes 2 weeks if there was a break of some sort. So, back then storylines didn't stick out as rushed to me.
