Two Quick Questions
1) In which episode does Bailey realize Sarah's feelings for him?
2) When did they first sleep together?
1) That's in episode 2.3 ("Dearly Beloved"), when Sarah is trying to get Bailey elected class vice president. And he doesn't really realized - she tells him.
2) I think episode 2.18 ("Before and After") is when Sarah just sleeps in Bailey's bed with him. As to when they actually have sex, that must be in some season 3 episode I haven't seen yet.
They fisrt had sex in season 4. I don't remember the exact episode but it was after episode 20.

You're not too far off. Bailey and Sarah finally bump in the night on the season finale of season four entitled "Fools Rush Out". It was episode 24 which originally aired on May 13, 1998.
