What short song plays over the ending credits of each episode? I LOVE it!

The melody changed slightly in the first couple of seasons. It's a beautiful brief outro. I'm not sure who actually created it? Maybe someone knows from the DVD sets? I don't believe it's the BoDeans anyway.

I checked the DVD and the composer is Steven Cahill but it doesn't actually give the name of the song. I have searched everywhere but can't find it which is really annoying coz it's such a great song.

I don't know what it is but i love it too. I have been trying to find out but it is not on the soundtrack or anything.

Think its one of those pieces of music that is preformed in house but never sees like the light of day like the end credits of Dawsons Creek, been looking for years.
