Did Bailey and Sarah ever marry?

I remember his proposing and then Jennifer Love Hewitt was moved to the spinoff (which Bailey never did a crossover) and I just wondered if they ever married or was that just left out there.

No, they never married. In the final episode of season five Bailey did propose to Sarah and gave her a ring... soon after Sarah broke down crying and told Bailey that she wouldn't marry him.

Sarah left for New York to find her father in the second episode of the sixth season. At that time Hewitt's spin-off series Time of Your Life began the following week.

During the final (sixth) season of Party of Five, Bailey was going to travel back East and see Sarah and try and bring her home with him but it never came to fruition.

Sarah spoke to Bailey on the phone in a couple of episodes of Time of Your Life. He never did a true "walk-on" scene though. In the third episode of Time of Your Life, Bailey mailed her a letter to say that he was breaking up with her and Sarah was devastated.
