shareSimply awesome! You could already stream ALL of the remaining seasons 4 through 6 at Amazon and here, but this is great for a real hardcopy edition of season four.

Manufacture on Demand is a bit of a letdown but who really cares as long as they'll play on my DVD players I'll be happy. I would have never thought this announcement was going to happen at all.
It's been 2008 since Sony put the third season - the halfway point of the show's six-season run - into stores. Now at long last the studio has announced Party of Five - The Complete 4th Season for DVD! It won't be found in stores, however, because the lower-than-hoped-for sales of those previous sets means Sony has decided to make this available via their MOD (manufacture on demand) program. This means it will be available online only, via sellers such as Amazon's CreateSpace and the WBshop's Warner Archive. The 5-disc set will be available March 5th. Pricing and package art haven't been made available yet, but stay tuned! Here is Amazon's page to be notified of Season Four's DVD set
The cast of Matthew Fox, Scott Wolf, Neve Campbell, Lacey Chabert and Jennifer Love Hewitt are joined by Jeremy London, who remains for the rest of the show's run. Guest stars in this season's 24 episodes include Cristine Rose (Heroes), Michael Cudlitz (Southland), Peter Krause (Parenthood), Christopher Gorham (Jake 2.0), Moon Zappa (singer, with father Frank Zappa, on Valley Girl), David Graf (the Police Academy films), character actor Gregg Daniel, a pre-Lost Daniel Dae Kim, and a pre-Mad Men John Slattery.
Seasons 1-6 are also available through Comcast Streampix... I resisted getting it until recently, when I realized $4.99/mo is actually a good deal for all you get (lots of other TV shows, movies, etc). But I have to admit, Party of Five is the main reason I finally went for it. ;-)
shareAll six seasons of streaming Party of Five have been available at Amazon for quite a long time too. $4.99 a month is a great price if there are no limits, though I'm sure they're all copy-protected in some manner.
Here's an example of Amazon's Fourth Season offerings ($1.99 each or the full season for $11.99)
