Song help - Season 1 Episode 21 'All Nighters'

Hopefully, someone can help me out. I'm wondering about a song that's playing in the background on the "All Nighters" episode. It's in the scene immediately after the opening credits (theme song) and it's when Charlie and his bartender buddy are hanging out at the restaurant. I swear the lead singer's voice sounds so familiar (Kurt Cobain or Goo Goo Dolls or someone!!) but I can't place it. I can't even really make out many of the lyrics and a web search has come up with NOTHING. Party of Fivers, help me out! Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry I can't help you, but I'm looking for help myself with a song from this same episode. It's the one playing in the background while Julia and Justin are dancing. I've tried doing a search on the few lyrics I'm able to catch, but nothing at all is coming up. I'm not sure who the artist is either. It sounds a little like Paula Cole, but I don't think it's her. Any help would be appreciated!

I just saw this. lol I would suggest creating a separate thread for your question; otherwise, it probably won't get noticed by too many people who aren't interested in my original thread. Do you know what episode the song you were looking for appears in?
