Bailey just spilled the beans to Sarah about Callie....she seems so lenient towards Bailey. Is that the kind of person she is? Like she just doesn't get mad at anyone? I mean you can see she's hurt but it's almost like she doesn't mind the fact that Bailey cheated. Like he was saying "hit me call me names throw things at me" and she just did nothing....maybe I should watch the earlier seasons cause I'm interested in her character beginnings.
shareThere is no backstory or prior appearance by Callie before season three. It's a shame that you aren't starting with season one because each of the first four seasons are superb and run in a beautifully serialized manner.
Anyway, you've missed a tragedy from season one which continued into season two which would have helped you ever-so-slightly with Bailey's feelings and makeup. That prior story arc is beautiful stuff (at least to me). Megan Ward was the actor in question from season one, she did a fantastic job as Jill. James Marsden even had a brief appearance at the end of season one (he was replaced by Jeremy London in season two onwards).
Most fans feel that season three is the best of the six (though some like others more). You won't totally ruin your viewing starting at season three but you are missing two wonderful seasons prior. Scott Wolf was nominated along with one special episode from season three, so prepare yourself for some of the best.
Sarah's a tough one since she was sort of the best girlfriend to have ever been born on planet Earth. We're dealing with six seasons so things do change along the way, to some extent. Keep in mind that Sarah had her own series spinoff in the sixth season of Party of Five so her character had a certain quality/attraction that is hard to put down in words.
