Help me identify the song in Season 3 Episode 24 - Little Faith

Hi all

Hoping someone can help me identify the song used near the end of Season 3 Episode 24 - Little Faith. The song starts when Julian and Griffin are standing together in the bike shop and plays through the scene with Bailey & Claudia in the cab going to the AA meeting until the end of the show.

Some of the lyrics I think I heard right (these are partial lyrics) were:

Lying in the water left to shower

Waiting for a stillness in the water, when your tears they well up like your tide

Trust in them don't keep them on the inside and you will wonder why

Waiting for the time to end the silence when the shadows deepen on your face

Catch yourself don't tremble in the darkness or you will wonder why

And tell me your darkest time, deny your silent fear

Can anyone help identify this song and artist please ?

Anyone have any ideas on what song this is. Shame not able to find it using Shazam etc

They changed a lot of the original music for DVD/Hulu release so it might be a generic artist/song that was added later on. Only someone who worked on the DVD would know what the song is.
