Dumbest storyline?

Mine is the one in which Bailey and his (season 5...or 6?) girlfriend is going to be deported, so they decide to get married. The two decide that they can't go through with it ( I don't recall any substantial reason) so they decide that Baileys girlfriend should marry will instead! Will ends up falling in love with her, and messes everything up. This was SO DUMB because Bailey and his girlfriend (notice how I don't care enough to check her name on IMDB) were a committed couple, and therefore would have totally passed the immigration tests! But instead of doing this, they have to train will! SO DUMB!

It was season 6 and yeah that one was a doozy. The series was barely tolerable at that point. Another one high on the list although minor was when Charlie and Kirsten need that medicine for Kirsten and since its so expensive they are basically walking down some back alley in a crap neighborhood as if they're scoring heroin. I laughed and cringed at this scene.

I'd place the entire Grace storyline in that category as well.

Actually, that leads me to something else that bothered me about the show even though I was a fan of it...acting like they are poor. They own a restaurant, own a killer home in a great neighborhood in Frisco, they have trust funds, etc. NOT buying their financial problems. I realize the writers did this so more people could relate to them but I thought it was absurd. Julia drives some hunk of junk when any girl in her position at the time would've likely been driving a new Camaro or Mustang.
