A Guy's Angry Comment about Making Fun of Others

I'm not sure which talk show this is from, so I took a guess.

But I remember an episode of some talk show that was about bullying or making fun of people. It was something to that effect.

The talk show host then began taking questions and comments from the audience. One man stood and made a passionate, angry, and powerful "speech." He yelled something like, "You do NOT have the right to treat another human being that way!!" The rest of the audience immediately erupted in a roar of applause and cheers. I just remember it being so true and so . . . awesome. If it helps, I thought I remembered him wearing a "Bill Cosby" type sweater, and maybe some khakis. He also might have come across as gay (not that there's anything wrong with that - just making a distinction).

Does anyone know what show and/or episode this might be from? I'd love to see a clip. This guy was very much correct in his statement. It made a big impact. I'd like to see it again. Thanks!
