Is that true about the video quality in the review. It doesn't look that great, definitely not from the master tapes or remastered. Probably even better bootleg copies around...

Unfortunately, the video quality is poor considering the source. The pilot (ironically) has the best video quality out of all of the story arcs.

I contacted Shout! Factory, and they told me the video footage was taken from the original masters.

I was disappointed that they didn't digatally remaster it, but I'm so glad to have the DVD that I don't care anymore. haha
