Monica- Obsessively clean and OCD (everything in its exact place)
Ross - Air purifier and like everything to be quiet
Rachel- Will help you burn your house down (bit harsh) and doesnt tidy up (does she use the plates? yes i believe she does)
Chandler- Kisses a girl you're dating when you're out the house (Kathy)
Phoebe - Moves out without telling you
Eddie - Watches you sleep
Mr Heckles- creeps into your house univited (ok not a housemate but close enough)

Joey - licks spoons instead of cleaning them, uses his roomate's toothbrush to unclog the drain ...

ah yes i was going to add Joey with the toothbrush thing but forgot.

He also blocked the toilet at monica and rachels, what a guy

Jack Geller - drinks condensed milk right out of the can
Monica - cleans the toilet while you're still on it
Chandler - hides his cigarettes under the toilet, steals the bath you've just run
Phoebe - feeds the rats in her flat
Rachel - forgets to take off the Christmas lights

Joey - Puts on all your clothes - but leaves his own underpants off.

They all have their annoying traits and habits, but I'd definitely draw the line at living with rodents: Phoebe's 'friend' Bob, was it? I can't remember if he was a rat or a mouse, but either way, NO.
