I looked for it and the only thing I did remember was the circus thing.. So I searched with the keywords kids and circus and I found it! It was a pretty whack movie..... Is it avaible on dvd?
shareIt's pretty old. I doubt it's available on supermarkets, but you MIGHT find it at Best Buy.
It is available in the UK (amazon.co.uk), alone or as a two- or three-pack with Small Soldiers and Thunderbirds. If your DVD player can be set to region-free playback (often set as Region Zero), then these discs will play in North America. This is also a PAL format, so your player must autoconvert (most do).
This version has no subtitles and is fullscreen, rather than widescreen presentation. Only the original LASERDISC was widescreen and included closed captioning (but not subtitles).
The reason this movie has not been released in North America is because of the extensive imagery of the World Trade Centre and explosions and flythroughs of buildings in Manhattan. Too scary for 9/11 rememberance.
I've been working on a special edition DVD including lots of BONUS material which I may eventually release to bittorrent.
