I did, WAY back as a kid in the 90's and I LOVED it! XD
I think it was right around the same time I saw "Gay Purr-ee", and "FernGully" on the same channel. ^_^

Yeah back in the day they used to show a lot of good animated movies like The Hobbit, Flight of Dragons, the Jack and the Beanstalk anime movie from 1977, All Dogs Go To Heaven, An American Tale, The Land Before Time, etc, now it's nothing but programs with popstars and tween sitcoms.
shareAre you sure this and those movies you mentioned were on the Disney Channel? Because none of those are Disney films and I wouldn't they would be shown on that channel.

Well I know with absolute certainty I saw All Dogs Go to Heaven and The Hobbit on Disney back in the '90's. I can't speak for the others. I can't say I have even seen this movie on Disney, but I know I saw it on Toon Disney around 2001 or 2002.
