Is that indeed what he says? And does anyone know what it is a reference to?

I think he was just joking w/ this response. He says "padload". I am not sure what the quote is from or what it means, but for some reason it always makes me laugh. I've heard the expression before. He uses the "Chet" references a few times in both movies I believe
