what's that thing they say 'exnay on the ...something'

it's like pig latin or something. i can't remember where they say it or why, but it goes something like "er, Garth...exnay on the ixney" or something lol

I think it's pig latin for 'nix' which means to cut off or stop. quit. "Ixnay" would mean "Stop it!".

Also towards the end Garth says he's gonna hurl and Wayne says ixnay on the urlhay.
