I used to watch this movie as a kid..i loved it..i almost forgot about it.

ditto. The whole movie was peculiar...i watched it on VHS the other day, and realized why I never rewatched the movie as a young child.
sharei loved this movie! it was just on TV and i caught the end of it. ahh brought back soo many good memories. i used to rent this all the time when i was little. it was one of my favorite movies!!
shareSame here--I loved a good chunk of Don Bluth's movies as a kid--<i>The Land Before Time</i> and <i>An American Tail</i> in particular--and I still love them now, but this one... Just watched it on TV today for the first time in a long time and found out that it... wasn't that good. The character designs were very inconsistent, you never really connect to any of the characters, and it just seems like very little actually happens in the movie. Hrm.
