Sorry, pal-.. I'm going to have to corroborate. Despite the fact that the alleged "IQ Intelligence tests" have nothing to do with one's education whatsoever, I'm going to have to succumb to this inbred's level and admit that the U.S. encompasses one of the dumbest nations of mankind.

Concrete was chosen as the name when the two adjoining small towns of Baker, named for the nearby Baker River, and Cement City, which grew up around the Washington Portland Cement Company, merged after the Washington Portland Cement Company built a new plant in Baker. While it isn't the most attractive name it does at least make sense when taken in context.
