Why is Hansen's type of dad seen as worse
than those who emotional abuse (and physically at the same time) their kids.
Sure he was physically abusive and he was angry, but I'll take that over someone who talks bad about their kids and abuses them physically. Those types I just wanna break their jaw.
Maybe I'm oblivious to the whole movie, but I don't recall him talking bad about Dwight to anyone (except his wife in a fight).
And since when are there dads who do that - take away someone's hard-earned money?
No dad, not even the most abusive scumbag does that.
