The German language UK blu is superb.
The transfer is stunning in its detail.
Both close-up and in wide shots the foreground & background detail is pin sharp & there's even some depth.
At last we have a reflectful transfer.
Must buy.
I agree, but there is one thing how ever, who is missing with the Blu-ray release.
They did not bother to include the documentary, who comes with the 2-Disc DVD release.
Some might now think: What documentary?
Well its a two part documentary, where soldiers who survived the battle of Stalingrad tells the true story about the horrific battle.
Part 1 is as seen from the side of the Germans and Part 2 is as seen from the side of the Russians.
What they tell about what they experienced at Stalingrad, its no wonder that these soldiers was scared for the rest of their lives.
I picked that doc up a year or so ago, cheap 2nd hand.
Yeah, it's very good.
