I really wantt to watch this with my daughter, who's 13. why is it rated r?

I watched it today and it shows full frontal on a male, but only side view. Also shows two males naked together in bed.. Curse words. And it shows a man with his head bleeding on the side walk after jumping from a 2nd or 3rd story window. And it shows more male homosexuality situations.. no more nudity but sexual talk. I think if you fast forwarded through those scenes.. or seeing as how she is 13 I think you can watch it with her. Just explain if she were to ask questions. But she should be mature enough to understand. It's really a pretty good movie without being graphic on most accounts, while addressing adult themes.

Oh, of course...I was curious why i didn't really see anything, but obviously it's because I taped it on Lifetime...
