Was this movie even released in theatres? It doesn't say anything in the section where it's supposed to in this site.

The "release dates" section of the movie's entry shows it was released December 8, 1993. It definitely played in theaters--I saw it at a second-run house around February 1994 or so.
It grossed a very underwhelming $6 million at the box office.
