Looking for a particular version

I remember watching an animated version of this movie when I was younger but I can't find it in imdb. Does anyone know the version I'm thinking of?

Did Mary have a cat named 'Darjeeling'? It was pretty awful, if I recall.

I don't remember. I only saw it a few times and it was a long time ago. What version are you referring to?

There are two animated versions. The first is one that was on ABC in the early 1990s. I have seen it on ebay. The second version is a Japenese animated series that has like twenty episodes. I havent seen it because it is only available in Mexico and Japan. They dont have it translated into English.

Thats not it so I guess I'm looking for the 1990 ABC version. Thank you all for helping me figure out what to look for.
