CRAP! I accidentally deleted everyting from my DVR.

I accidentally deleted the HD showing I recored from HDNet the other day. I really wanted to see it in HD since the DVD I have looks like crap.

If you receive the HD Net Movies channel, It's listed to air three times in December, and it does look great in HD
