An alternate book sequel

As you may or may not have heard, a so-called sequel to The Secret Garden was written back in 1997 after the original novel's copyright expired. As you also may or may not have heard, it was a disgusting piece of rubbish that destroys everything special about the original novel, makes Mary, Dickon, and Colin into horrible people that do horrible things, and gets very graphic (both violently and sexually), even containing things like suicide, infidelity, and the death of children. All in all, it was a published fanfiction that Susan Moody managed to get published because she got there first. Nearly everyone that has ever read (or even heard about it) has been outraged, and the book has been deemed as an abomination, with almost every review on Amazon being horrible and providing only 1 star. Seriously, if she has any respect for herself, for Frances Hodgson Burnett, or for the original book and it's characters, she would disown, abolish, and ban that so-called piece of literature.

There is hope though. Back in June, an alternate sequel to the original novel has been released. Now, I haven't read it, but it has GOT to be better than that vile load of crap that Susan Moody dumped on the world. I posted a link to t below in case anyone is interested.
