Did this movie drive Bonds to the roids?

Seeing himself get struck out by a little bastard was too much for him to bear, so he hoped to lob several hundred balls into the stands in the hopes of some day wounding the creators of this film.

Seriously, I mean I know this movie is 14 years old, but did you see how small Bonds was? The guy's the new home run king, so thats cool, I guess, but I think the roids are a little rediculous...

To answer your question:
Yes-- This movie did indeed drive Barry Bonds to hemroids.

reply

I'm watching it now. He was a little wiener back then.

reply

Well I'd say that the roids gave him roids.

reply

Yeah, I'd love to see a shot from this movie compared one season after he was filmed. If that isn't obvious he's a juicer, I don't know what is. Literally, in a year, he became muscle man and starts jerking HRs when he was a line drive, base hit hitter? I played ball for way too many years to believe that one.

Oh yeah that much is obvious, but you try and resist the allure of roids after being made into a punk by a little kid.

reply

He started roids around 1999, out of jealousy towards McGwire and Sosa’s 1998 seasons
