That was Donald Gibb in this movie...though to me, he'll always me Ogre in REVENGE OF THE NERDS.

Really? I have to check the cast list again. It does look like him though, having just caught the ending on cable again.

No, that was Tom Milanovich. He just resembled Donald. He is dead, by the way.
