Did the owner really short the hot dog guy 11 bucks?

That's what the hot dog man says, correct? Because he bought 4 hot dogs for 3 bucks. Did he really give him one dollar?

Hell, 3 bucks for a hotdog at a major league park would be a deal now. Here's the thing about the owner. While he is the owner, his nephew has been running the team for years. He doesn't know what is going on most of the time, much less how much concessions cost. That being said, he is the owner. I'm sure he can get concessions for free.

He is an old, but sweet man that simply was not in touch with the times and the rise in price.

I am sure he forked over the other $11 off camera.

Personally, I would have paid the $11 bucks and then told the little bastard who I was so that he knew that this was his last day of work...It is one thing to inform someone. It is another to be rude and insulting with the "Mack, you're $11 short" in a very condescending tone.

As a business owner, I would not want a person who treats my fans in such a way representing any facet of my organization.
