after 20 odd years (spoilers)
I've just watched this for the first time after 20 odd years. Even though I knew what was coming I whinged like a baby at the last scenes involving the home movies & Neil Young song. Think it'll always get me.
shareAgreed. I also think it's incredible how much things have changed over these 22 years. Being gay has become more accepted in society, to the point where the majority of the population, in the United States at least, is in favor of not only acknowledging gay people, but also same sex marriage as a positive, legitimate, and legal institution.
