Release of Men Don't Tell on D.V.D.

Why in this more educated and informed time is it that there are times when men are not treated equally. As women themselves strive to be treated equally. In this vast colourful varied pool of humanity are we saying that there is no woman able to or has the inclination to abuse a man. The above film should be released to underline the freedom of expression and equal right to bring to light any wrong doing! Surely this is an important part of what equal means, the right to be heard (the diversity and free will of people will encourage differences of interpretation and opinion!). I am not entirely certain of the circumstances surrounding the film's non-release but if it is just because the abuse of a man is unbelievable then this is absurd.
