Judy Garland???

I did a trailer search for Judy Garland and this was listed as one of her movies, but i thought this was pretty much impossible as she had already been dead for 24 years. So i assumed she must have sang a song in it! Is this true? and if so does anyone know what song it was and what part in the film it was in??? Please reply a.s.a.p

She sings "Over The Rainbow" but not sure where I think it's in the credits.

The man working in whoopi's african queen store was also listening and singing to "over the rainbow"...whoopi turned it off and put her tribal beat music on. She also made a reference to over the rainbow during dinner when her daughter was upset trying to tell her that she found her birth father. Whoopi said.."what wrong did (i forget his name) fall asleep to judy garland and burn down my store?!"
