who doesn’t want to see a sabretooth tiger and wooly mammoth 🦣 eating people? get michael cricton on the horn. in fact make micro already as well while you’re at it.

Yeah that would be pretty damn cool but first things first - sadly Michael Crichton is no longer with us, he died in 2008!

I agree about Micro, it would make a superb film if done right. It's an amazing book (well recommended) with some truly fantastic action sequences which would translate well to film. Maybe Steven Spielberg's the guy for the job? He could do with a hit.

It is already in development. And yes, Spielberg is involved.

They kind of already did it in the last Jurassic World film. The problem with doing an entire film with it is that it won't feel like a Jurassic Park film because we won't be able to see the colours we're used to and the amusement park aspect won't be there. They would also have to explain how the herbivore dinosaurs are eating.

I agree. I'd want to see a raptor fight a smilodon or a T-Rex fight a mammoth. That'd be cool and something different.
