Ray's fault? I just saw this again after a while and didn't realize it. I can't believe his friends called him "the razor"....
1. It was his idea to get off the expressway with zero knowledge of the city.
2. When he hit Teddy, the cell phone was working, in fact, the police answered before he threw the phone down and claimed "no service".
3. Ray threw the ladder to the ground of the projects. He probably....would've made it safely to the other side. (The ladder was about to break)
