various 60s tv show inspired shots/imagery?

Will need a 60s Fugitive tv fan to see if I'm correct for this...

Just giving the movie abit of a rewatch tonight and noticed some dramatic scenes/shots are quite reminiscent of 60s TV shows the type youd see in Star Trek or The Invaders etc .. now I've not seen a single episode of The Fugitive but will hazard a guess some of these shots/scenes are directly influenced by the 60s show maybe even recreated for the film? (they seem to increase at the films climax almost as if the film becomes more 'Fugitive' as it nears the climax??)

-slow mo running through woods
-Kimble hitchhiking in rain (like something from The Incredible Hulk TV show which was actually based on The Fugitive)
-Train fight with one arm man (some of the punches etc like out of a 60s TV fist fight)
-the rooftop helicopter light shining in Kimbles face (the stance he does is like something from The Prisoner)
-the 'why Helen?' closeup
-Kimble unconscious on top the elevator as it descends into darkness
-Kimbles arm caught in the elevator door

also think the collar up on the jacket/blazer is a motif from the TV show (maybe he wears the same jacket at some point as in the show?) also he dyed his hair jet black like the TV Kimble
