I mean when it came down to it, he said no, but he was definitely considering it. Like for instance, when he's naked in the bathroom and she's sitting right outside, he doesn't even close the door all the way to change. Weirdo. And when he watches HER change. And that "if you were ten years older..." line. Who says that to a fourteen year old girl? Creepy. And he shouldn't have taken her to the lighthouse, that was messed up, and when he kissed her there. So inappropriate! He completely knew what he was doing.

He knew it was wrong so he acted like he thought it was, but it didn't feel wrong to him until she went psycho. I'm just saying. I find it gross that he played it off like he is completely an innocent victim.

Nick should have went to prison. Amy and Cheyenne should have at least been sentenced to probation. They were accessories.

You totally forget, that he said that to a fourteen year old girl who kissed him and talked to him about getting her period and asked him if he wanted to do a virgin. If she's old enough to talk like that to a twenty-eight year old then she's old enough to be talked to on the same level. And seriously, after all that, implying that he would date (or even do) her if she were older is a pretty tame admission in my opinion. Just because she's fourteen, and well into puberty I might add, with a developed body, doesn't mean noone is allowed to find her attractive. It's how you handle that attraction that makes the difference. And other than that one kiss, which isn't against the law, Nick never once led her to believe that they would ever have sex together and he never touched her sexually.
