Alicia said she threw herself against the wall to look injured
I remember reading a teen magazine interview with Alicia in the 90s where she spoke about getting in character for The Crush. She said that to prepare for the scene where she is getting into the police car and looks like she's been beat up, she put on loud thrash music and threw herself up against the wall of her trailer.
I always wondered how true this was - did she intentionally harm/bruise/cut herself for the role, or was it makeup and she was exaggerating in the interview? I'm not sure where to find this interview because it was from a teen magazine and so long ago.
