Question about the rating (spoiler warning, I guess)

I saw this movie years ago. Now I have kids and bought the DVD. The rating says it's PG, for 'comic nudity'. I don't remember any nudity when I watched the VHS print in '94, did I miss something? I wanted the family to be able to watch it and will screen it first. Does anyone know what the comic nudity comes from? The birthing scene? Thanks for any info

The nudity part is when he's in the shower they show his butt and it looks funny because he's an alien

I have the '94 release and it has the shower scene in it.
