anybody know the quote verbatim from the scene right before beldar goes before the king?

I'm going to butcher it but it goes something like, "I know each cone is only relegated 4 something of the something pleasure spool, but I myself partook 6. I realize the error in my ways and..."

Anybody know it verbatim? I can't find it anywhere online and it hasn't been on tv for awhile. of course I could buy it for like 5.99 but I'd rather not.

It's "...4 USES of the PETUMIUS pleasure spools....." I'm not sure on the spelling or pronunciation of Petumius (peh-toom-e-us), or something like that.
